In 2002, Volkswagen Bank asked IBM Italy for assistance on a project, aiming at reinforcing the global IT security level on its IBM iSeries/400 servers.
Bsafe/Global Security has been selected to carry out part of this project and the subsequent maintenance, because it provides a cost effective, "user friendly" graphical interface that can be used as a "security management console".
