Shimon Bouganim
President
Bouganim has more than 20 years of experience in the design, development and marketing of security for diverse computing platforms. He holds an Engineering Degree in computer science from Hadassah College in Jerusalem and has studied Philosophy in Bar Ilan University. Currently serves as a Director on the Bsafe Board of Directors and is a director on the Board of Directors of SCAI SICUREZZA in Italy.

Itay Karny
VP North America
Mr. Karny is responsible for all company activities in North America. Since joining the company in 2004, he has recruited and trained our executive team in North America, expanded our sales, marketing and technical teams and compiled North America’s strategic and tactical marketing plans. His comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics and the metamorphosis a company must undergo to reach its next stage of evolution has allowed him to accelerate the company's progress in North America. Prior to joining Bsafe Mr. Karny served as CEO of Decima Ventures, Inc. Mr. Karny received his Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Haifa and his MBA from The Zicklin School of Business/City University of New York, Magna Cum Laude.

Arjon Cohen
International Sales and Marketing
Cohen is a veteran from several high tech ventures. He co-founded JBE Software Services, a systems integration company and the Baan Nucleus Seed Fund, a venture capital fund. Later, he co-founded Federation Inc., a pioneer in the Product Lifecycle Management area, serving there as Vice President for Business Development & Marketing. He introduced the company to its first key US customers and initiated Federation's first partnerships with major OEMs and system integrators. He holds an MA in Law from the State University of Leiden, The Netherlands.

Joseph Glickman
Product Manager
Glickman worked for the last 12 years in the company, where he had managed development of enterprise security software. Previously he taught computer science at the Hadassah College in Jerusalem and held various positions in system, design and analysis of software. Glickman holds a B.Sc. in mathematics and a M.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Ady Blatt
Product Manager
Blatt joined Bsafe in 1997 and has since managed the IBM iSeries (AS/400) security products. Adi has extensive knowledge and experience in the AS/400 environment and expertise particularly in the area of information security issues on the system level. Adi holds a B.sc degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
